Water Shut Off

We need to make repairs to two water main turn off valves.  This requires us to turn the water off to the entire complex.  It is tentatively scheduled for this coming Monday (April 10) for the first valve and Tuesday (April 11) for the second valve.  It will be dependent on weather, if it rains it may be delayed.    We will post a sign at the entrance when the water is turned off.

Right now we anticipate the water being turned off on Monday morning and being off until the repairs are made on that valve.  It is estimated that it will be off 8 hours.  It may be more, or it may be less depending on how involved the repairs become.    This will repeat on Tuesday for the second valve.  Please do not call the office asking when the water will be back on – we won’t know any more than you will.  The water will be turned back on as soon as the repairs are made.

As always, when water is restored it is suggested that the water be run in the bathtub first to eliminate any air pockets or light sediment that is in your lines.

Thank you!
